My husband loves pancakes so instead of standing there making a dozen pancakes I seen this and gave it a try its super duper easy and very yummy. Its a good recipe if you have kids as well! I usually have to make quite a few because they don't last long in my house!
What you will need:
A cupcake pan
Cooked sausage links or patties
Pancake mix
Syrup
Directions:
Mix up your pancake batter according to the box
Cook your sausage if using links cut them in half if using patties cut them into 4 pieces
fill your cupcake pan half full of the pancake batter
Place a piece of sausage into each slot
cover the sausage with more batter
cook at 350 until they are golden brown
serve with syrup!
Told ya they was easy!
